Imagerie du muscle deltoïde : que faut-il voir ?

  • Les lésions traumatiques du muscle deltoïde sont rares.
  • La qualité du muscle deltoïde est importante à prendre en compte pour les indications de prothèse inversée.
  • On observe une association entre rupture du deltoïde et ruptures massives de la coiffe.
  • Une atrophie du muscle deltoïde peut être observée dans les atteintes du nerf axillaire.
